Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in unused, unworn condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that certain items such as face masks, customized products, and eGift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, log into your account and navigate to the order you wish to return. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer exchanges.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. Please provide the return tracking information to expedite the refund process.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, bulk orders of 20 or more items, customized items, and final sale products such as furniture are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos of the issue before starting a return. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
